M&M Cookies

Here are the ingredients and the way of making the M&M cookies!

1 cup butter

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cup flour

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 teaspoon salt ( yes, salt)

3/4 cup M&M

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

How to do it:

Cream butter, flour and brown sugar and sugar together. Add egg then beat them. Add M&M and nuts. Stir then bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

The "Best" Sugar Cookies!

During Spring Break I also made some sugar cookies with my neighbor. the following are the ingredients and I will write how to make them at the end! Thanks!

Sugar Cookies:

1/2 cup butter (not melted)

1/2 cup shortening (if you have no shortening then use butter)

1 cup granulated sugar or normal sugar is fine

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla (Syrup)

3 eggs

3 1/2 flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoon cream of tartar

How to do it:

Cream the butter, shortening and sugar together. Then add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients using enough flour to make soft creamy dough than can be flattened with hands and maintain shape. Chill wrapped in plastic for 2 or more hours without bowl. Cut and roll. Place on Greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes. Remove and cool. FINISHED!!!!!!!

You can leave the cookies in the refrigerator if you want it to last for a long time only!

spring break

I haven't written in such a long time!!!!! This spring break i haven't done much except for theory, piano, Chinese painting and I went to my friend J's house. Her dog Chocolate, is soooo hyper! He even bit/ scratched my mom's foot with his teeth! I was going to go to Las Vegas but I didn't have time to go....... Yesterday I went to the SPCA to check out some dogs that I might like but they only had one dog which was a Miniature Chihuahua that was 6 years old......I want a toy poodle that is creamy coloured....I might as well get one from the pet store...G2G Bye!LOL TTYL

I am super bbbbbbbbbbooooooooooooorrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddd!!!!!!!!! I 'm supposed to monitor for the grade 1 classroom but then they had a chess club going on in there so now i am sitting here doin nothing. well maybe something but not really! so ya.

School was fun......... or you could say ok.............. My teacher is mrs. addison! Elaine and Felicia are in my class too! yay! some people say that they don't feel like they are supposed to be in grade 6. I still feel like I am in grade 5 not grade 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gotto go to a piano gathering! see you soon!
